Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy is seeking a Service Coordination Supervisor to lead clinical and operational aspects of adult and child mental health services. The role directs program planning, compliance, and quality improvement while guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

The position emphasizes recovery‑oriented approaches, strong leadership, and collaboration with internal and external partners to meet community needs. Weekday schedule with potential on‑call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 3 years mental health experience or Bachelor’s plus 5 years experience with 2 years supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
• Pre-employment drug test and Act 33/34/73 clearances

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for Service Coordination programs
• Oversee planning, administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement of services
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Service Coordinators and foster accountability and growth
• Apply recovery‑oriented, trauma‑informed, and family systems approaches to care
• Maintain program integrity and drive quality improvement initiatives
