Job summary

COMC – Millions of Cards is seeking an ID & Catalog Manager to lead identification, elite/auction, and catalog SME teams. You will drive people leadership, throughput, and catalog accuracy while partnering with Ingestion, Product, and Engineering to align priorities.

The role requires building frontline leaders, improving workflows, and maintaining high standards for quality and performance. Remote options are considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience directing/managing a team of associates or equivalent.
• Ability to develop frontline leaders and improve workflows.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ID & Catalog teams, onsite and remote, across multiple functions.
• Set daily workflow goals, coach squads, and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain catalog integrity and KPI-driven performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ingestion teams on priorities.
• Produce production and quality reports weekly and monthly.
• Enforce policies and drive continuous improvement programs.
