Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Data Catalog Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of the Enterprise Data Catalog. You will govern execution across the Data Catalog Team, align Product, Metadata Governance, and Operations, and scale metadata coverage and business usage.

You will own release management, ensure audit-ready processes, and review designs for enterprise scalability, governance, and AI readiness, partnering with product management and engagement teams to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience implementing data governance frameworks including policies, standards, and controls.
• Proven experience in data governance, data privacy, and data protection.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Alation, including configuration of workflows, stewardship models, and metadata ingestion.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution governance model for the Design & Delivery team, ensuring adherence to defined processes and agile practices.
• Ensure audit-ready execution with traceability from requirements through design, development, testing and release.
• Own release management processes, including readiness validation and deployment timing.
• Review and challenge design decisions to meet enterprise expectations for scalability and governance.
• Represent Data Catalog delivery and drive alignment across Product, Metadata Governance, and Data Safeguarding.
