Job summary

Workstand, a remote-friendly company in the bicycle industry, seeks a PIM Coordinator to standardize and enrich product data for catalog maintenance and client-facing support. The role emphasizes AI-driven tool modernization and collaborative problem-solving across teams.

Ideal candidates have experience with PIMs, CRM, Excel, and AI-enabled workflows, with strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities, including occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workplace suite required.
• Experience with a PIM preferred.
• Experience with a CRM preferred.
• Experience with GenerativeAI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, import, and enrich product data into our PIM.
• Implement and oversee automatic processes to bulk import data.
• Maintain product data integrity and adhere to data governance standards.
• Leverage AI/ML and other tools to enhance data ingestion efficiency.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to resolve listing discrepancies and fulfill merchant requests.
