Job summary

Neta Scientific, Inc. seeks a Catalog Data Analyst to join the Operations team in Marlton, NJ in a hybrid role. You will help keep the company’s digital product catalog accurate and easy to use across internal systems and customer-facing platforms.

You will organize and improve complex product information through validation, reconciliation, and structured updates to catalog data workflows, collaborating with Web, IT, Pricing, Customer Service, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of catalog/product data experience in e-commerce or data operations.
  • Strong Excel and data-management skills with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with CMS/PIM/ERP systems or e-commerce product information.

Job description

Neta Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Catalog Data Analyst to join the Operations team in a hybrid role based in Marlton, NJ. In this position, you will help keep the company’s digital product catalog accurate, complete, and easy to use across both internal systems and customer-facing platforms.

The work centers on organizing and improving complex product information through validation, reconciliation, and structured updates to catalog data workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the timely publication and ongoing maintenance of accurate product data across digital catalogs and customer platforms.
  • Maintain product hierarchies and ensure product information stays current across attributes, descriptions, specifications, categorization, and related fields in CMS/catalog systems.
  • Perform data work extensively in Excel and large supplier or product files, including standardizing, cleansing, mapping, and validating information for system loads and customer needs.
  • Protect data integrity by conducting detailed reviews and reconciliation checks to identify discrepancies before they reach customers.
  • Collaborate with Web, IT, Supplier Management, Pricing, Customer Service, and Sales to resolve product-data issues and support catalog requirements.
  • Collect and reconcile product details from supplier files, manufacturer websites, and third-party sources, surfacing missing items or conflicts in the data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product-data enrichment and catalog maintenance processes, and act as a resource for catalog data issues.
  • Review, recommend, and refine catalog data management processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability.
Required Experience and Skills
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in catalog, product data, e-commerce, master data, data operations, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools, including experience working with large datasets; formulas, lookups, filters, pivot tables, and data cleanup/validation are strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with product catalogs, distributor product data, and CMS/PIM/ERP systems or e-commerce product information is preferred.
  • Analytical capability, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach.

Compensation and Job Details
  • Location: Marlton, NJ (hybrid remote in Marlton, NJ 08053)
  • Employment status: Full-Time/Exempt

  • Salary: USD 45,000 – 52,500 per year
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years
  • Schedule: Typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Ability to commute: Marlton, NJ 08053 (preferred)
  • Ability to relocate: Marlton, NJ 08053 (preferred; relocate before starting work)
