Job summary

COMC has an exciting opportunity for an ID & Catalog Manager to lead Identification, Elite/Auction, and Catalog Subject Matter Expert teams. This role focuses on people leadership, production, catalog integrity, and precise identification of sports and non-sports trading cards.

The ideal candidate will develop frontline leaders, optimize workflows, and build strong partnerships across Ingestion, Product, Engineering, and the broader organization in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of experience directing/managing a team of associates, or equivalent experience training newly promoted supervisors.
Experience with HR practices and payroll platforms is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage remote and onsite staff.

Responsibilities

Lead ID & Catalog teams, balancing onsite and remote work.
Develop workflows and partnerships with Ingestion, Product, Engineering, and the broader organization.
Set performance standards, KPIs, and accountability for quality and productivity.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly production and catalog integrity reports.
Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
