Qualifications

• Experience in fund operations or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks across fund-of-funds structures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Support fund operations processes including (but not limited to): Trade lifecycle support and reconciliation; Cash and position monitoring; NAV support and review.
• Prepare, review, and maintain operational documentation using Excel, Word, and PDF-based workflows.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational discrepancies, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and operational controls in line with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and operational best practices.
• Support ad-hoc operational and reporting requests as required.

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operational activities of multiple fund-of-funds vehicles. The role sits within the operations function and works closely with portfolio management, fund administrators, counterparties, and internal control teams to ensure accurate, timely, and well controlled execution of operational processes. This position is well-suited to a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and a foundational understanding of fund operations and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks across a range of fund-of-funds structures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Support fund operations processes including (but not limited to):
  • Trade lifecycle support and reconciliation.
  • Cash and position monitoring.
  • NAV support and review.
  • Interaction with fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers.
• Prepare, review, and maintain operational documentation using Excel, Word, and PDF-based workflows.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational discrepancies, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and operational controls in line with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.

Education & Experience

• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.
• Early-career to mid-level candidates will be considered, depending on demonstrated capability and experience.
