Conexion HR is seeking an Operations Analyst to support day-to-day operations across multiple fund-of-funds structures. You will collaborate with portfolio management, fund administrators, custodians, and internal control teams to ensure timely, accurate execution of operational processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund operations or financial services preferred.
• Back-office or middle-office exposure helpful.
• Familiarity with NAV processes and external service providers is a plus.
• Basic Python or scripting knowledge is a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily operational tasks across fund-of-funds structures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Support fund operations processes including (but not limited to): Trade lifecycle support and reconciliation; Cash and position monitoring; NAV support and review.
• Prepare, review, and maintain operational documentation using Excel, Word, and PDF-based workflows.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational discrepancies, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and operational controls in line with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and operational best practices.
• Support ad-hoc operational and reporting requests as required.
