RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Post Intensive Care- III unit at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ. This full-time Day shift position offers a $47.62–$63.73 hourly pay range and requires active NJ RN licensure with BLS and ACLS (or within 6 months).

The role emphasizes patient care, education, and discharge planning within a high-acuity Telemetry unit. Qualifications include an accredited nursing program graduate, an associate degree in nursing

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Associate degree in nursing.
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Minimum one year RN Telemetry experience.
Active NJ RN License or Multistate License with NJ Endorsement.
BLS certification through American Heart Association.
ACLS or obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Organizes and administers individualized age-specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital.
Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning.
Participates in unit Performance Improvement evaluation activities.
