Preferred candidates hold an associate degree in nursing, NJ RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within six months of hire. Prior critical care or telemetry experience is favored.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Associate degree in nursing required.
Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.
BLS certification through American Heart Association.
ACLS certification within six months of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

Organizes and administers age-specific professional care to patients in an assigned unit.
Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning.
Contributes to unit Performance Improvement activities.
