You will drive staff engagement, evidence-based practice, and educational initiatives, fostering a positive, high-performing team dedicated to safety and continuous improvement in care quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Three (3) years RN experience.
• One (1) year clinical leadership experience.
• Current RN license to practice in state of employment.
• Nursing Specialty Certification: must be achieved within six (6) months to two (2) years of hire.
• Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and respond to financial, service, and quality indicators in all areas of responsibilities.
• Ensure appropriate staffing plan matching competency with patient acuity.
• Focus on patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement.
• Involve associates in decision through shared governance structure.
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures and organizational policies for clinical activities and regulatory readiness.
• Conduct evaluation of productivity and forecast revenue/expenses to manage the unit budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with associates, physicians, and patients.
