Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on assigned units. You will direct daily operations, promote a high-quality care environment, and manage resources—human, fiscal, and material—to meet department goals.

You will drive staff engagement, evidence-based practice, and educational initiatives, fostering a positive, high-performing team dedicated to safety and continuous improvement in care quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Three (3) years RN experience.
• One (1) year clinical leadership experience.
• Current RN license to practice in state of employment.
• Nursing Specialty Certification: must be achieved within six (6) months to two (2) years of hire.
• Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.

• Ensure appropriate staffing plan matching competency with patient acuity.

Every day you will manage human, fiscal, material, support, and systems resources. You will consistently promote a positive work environment, prioritize associate engagement, and support staff development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills, a deep understanding of clinical nursing practices, and a proven ability to foster a positive, high-performing team dedicated to quality patient care and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Pay Range

$47.29 - $70.35 /hour
