Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired.
• Banner Health nursing role experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient nursing care per policy.
• Develop and update the plan of care with patient/family.
• Coordinate and supervise care with the health care team.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plan.
• Document care accurately in patient records.
