Job summary

Banner Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced registered nurse for the ICU/CCU-Hosp, a 3/12 hour full-time shift (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) with rotation for holidays and weekends. You will assess, plan, and deliver critical care, learning to manage CRRT and other advanced devices while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Candidates should hold an active RN license and BLS certification; ICU or PCU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• ICU or PCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and revise plan of care with multidisciplinary team and patient/family input.
• Provide direct patient care, coordinate and supervise nursing activities in accordance with policy.
