Medical City Plano, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor ICU Stepdown to ensure delivery of high-quality, efficient patient care. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate admissions and discharges, and support staff development in a busy ICU stepdown unit.

The role requires an RN license, a BSN, and BLS certification within 30 days of employment. We offer a collaborative environment with a focus on compassionate care and professional growth.

Formación

• Licensed RN in good standing (Texas)
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of start date
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes for ICU Stepdown patients.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching and training to staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling and unit operations
