Responsabilités

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises care plan as needed (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to enhance quality and safety (10%).
• Operations - Focus on safety, quality and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization.
