Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients; plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Document planned interventions based on diagnoses and collaborative problems.
• Perform ongoing health status assessments and revise care plans.
• Lead process improvements for quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe operations in ICU 1.
