Job summary

Berger Health System invites dedicated nursing professionals to join Medical Unit 2 as a Night Shift Registered Nurse. You will provide general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum in a 24/7/365 environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, quality, and compassionate care.

Required: current Ohio RN license (multi-state compact is acceptable), BLS certification, and a BSN within 5 years of employment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per policy and act within the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in process improvement to achieve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
