Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit 2 to provide general nursing care across the health-illness continuum. Works with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, quality, and patient-centered care during night shifts with a 36-hour weekly schedule.

The ideal candidate holds Ohio RN licensure and BLS certification, demonstrates clinical leadership, and participates in process improvements to support high reliability and excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• RN licensed and in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing health status evaluation.
• Document and plan nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Implement and evaluate care plans; revise as needed in collaboration with the care team.
