Job summary

Berger Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular ICU. You will provide general nursing care across the continuum of care in a 24/7 department, assess and plan care, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Current RN license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care.
• Identify and document expected outcomes based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems.
• Provide leadership and participate in process improvement to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Work within the department policies and High Reliability Organization (HRO) standards.
