Medical City Lewisville is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions during the shift. You will direct nursing care, serve as a resource for staff, and align with policies to support optimal clinical outcomes.

In collaboration with the management team, you will lead efforts to improve throughput, mentor staff, and implement nursing strategies.

Qualifikationen

• RN registered nurse with a nursing degree and state licensure.
• Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and neonatal resuscitation.
• Additional training in TNCC, STABLE, and crisis intervention.

Aufgaben

• Lead unit nursing care and coordinate the shift in collaboration with management.
• Oversee admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and quality.
• Monitor and improve patient care quality with the team.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and training of new staff.
• Promote patient-first care and service recovery when needed.
• Contribute to interviewing and selecting staff and evaluating performance.
• Manage inventory and supplies within productivity guidelines.
