Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an ASN or BSN program or has completed nursing program without current Florida license.
• Completed Senior Nurse Intern competencies.
• Pre-graduation: continued enrollment with no break in enrollment exceeding one year.
• Maintains current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine patient care under RN guidance, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
• Transports patients and assists with admission and discharge processes.
• Documents information per policies and participates in handoff reports.
• Maintains patient privacy, safety, and confidentiality; follows PPE and hand hygiene.
• Assists with special procedures and ensures a safe care environment.
