Qualifications

• Enrolled in ASN/BSN and preparing to enter the final two semesters or quarter of the applicable nursing program OR completed nursing program and does not have current FL license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare provider certification.
• Pre-graduation: Proof of continued enrollment in a pre-licensure, professional nursing program with no break in enrollment exceeding one year.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine patient care including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition under RN guidance.
• Performs nursing tasks and skills with demonstrated competencies.
• Assists in patient safety, privacy, and coordination of care during admissions and discharges.
• Transports patients, medications, and equipment, supporting the health care team.
