Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Iowa.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient information clearly during handoffs and with families.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per care plan.
• Provide age-appropriate education to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate to licensed and non-licensed staff as assigned.
• Document nursing care accurately and in real time.
