Job summary

Prisma Health Richland Hospital is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting. You will apply evidence-based nursing processes, collaborate with the care team, and support patient/family-centered care while upholding safety and compliance standards.

The role may involve weekend/holiday/on-call work with a focus on delivering high-quality care in a Magnet-designated hospital that serves the Midlands region.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with SC license.
• Experience in inpatient acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting.
• Develops an individual plan of care in collaboration with patient/family and care team.
• Monitors quality of care and ensures patient safety and compliance with policies.
• Delegates tasks within RN scope and coordinates with interdisciplinary team.
• Updates care plan as patient condition changes and ensures smooth discharge planning.
