Job summary

Prisma Health Richland Hospital ICU is seeking a compassionate RN to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity, 21-bed stepdown unit. You will work a night shift, perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with acute inpatient/ICU experience preferred.
• Demonstrates evidence-based nursing practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU with a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care.
• Document care and outcomes per hospital policy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety.
• Monitor patient status and intervene as needed to prevent complications.
