Prisma Health Richland Hospital NSICU is seeking a registered nurse to provide clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting. The role involves evidence-based nursing, adherence to safety protocols, and participation in quality improvement activities.

The NSICU team care for critically ill neuro patients with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. Weekend/holiday/on-call coverage may be required, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for external candidates.

Qualificações

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience - One (1) year experience as a registered nurse.
• Holds a current RN license recognized by the state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to assigned patients in the NSICU according to the nursing plan.
• Monitor and document patient status, communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for patient care and discharge planning.
