Qualifications

• Minimum Required Experience: 2 years.
• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; have BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (dependent upon unit) certification by the AHA or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety and service.
• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care across hospital units as assigned.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed and work three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend.
