Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves float coverage across hospital units, 12-hour shifts, and weekend rotations as needed.

Required are 2 years of acute Medical/Surgical or Orthopedics experience, and ASN with Florida RN eligibility, plus BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications where applicable. This temporary assignment has no PTO accrual or pool benefits. EOE.

Qualifications

• ASN, licensed RN eligible to practice in Florida.
• Minimum 2 years acute Medical Surgical/Ortho experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed or assigned.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the Agreement period for a total of 36 hours per week.
• Seasonal Nursing Pool employees are not eligible for PTO, or Boca Raton Regional or Baptist Health South Florida benefit programs.

Education

ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (dependent upon unit) certification by the AHA or American Red Cross
