Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Boca Raton is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for a seasonal pool. The role is a per diem, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM schedule with ICU/neuroscience focus and requires floating across units as needed.

Qualified candidates hold an FL RN license (ASN) with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications and 2+ years of experience. The position offers a temporary contract with shift flexibility and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida with ASN degree and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications.
• Minimum two years of relevant nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to float to all hospital areas and work 12-hour shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Float to all hospital areas as needed or assigned.
• Work three twelve-hour shifts per week and every other weekend, totaling 36 hours weekly.
• Support patient-family centered care in a fast-paced ICU/neuroscience environment.
