Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health, is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool. The role involves per diem, 12-hour shifts, and floating to various units, delivering patient-centered care with evidence-based practices.

Qualified candidates have ASN and FL RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable, and at least 2 years of RN experience. Seasonal position includes no PTO and limited benefits.

Qualifications

• ASN, FL RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as required.
• 2+ years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care per evidenced-based standards.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend (36 hours per week).
• Seasonal Nursing Pool: not eligible for PTO or certain Baptist Health benefits.
