Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital seeks a Direct Patient Care RN for the Seasonal Nursing Pool. Candidate commits to 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week contracts, with 36 hours/week on three 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.

Seasonal nurses are not eligible for certain benefits or PTO during the contract and may float to all hospital areas as needed. EOE, including disability/vets.

Qualifikationen

• ASN degree (required) and RN eligible to practice in FL.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications as required by unit.

• Provide patient-family centered care using evidence-based standards.
• Demonstrate assessment, technical skills, critical thinking and professional accountability.
• Collaborate with care teams and document care per policy.
