Baptist Health in Boca Raton seeks a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) for the Seasonal Nursing Pool in the PACU. This licensed professional delivers patient-family centered care, utilizing evidence-based practices in a fast-paced surgical environment.

You will float to all hospital areas as needed, work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend (about 36 hours weekly). Seasonal Pool nurses are temporarily employed and not eligible for PTO, benefits, or Baptist Health

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years PACU RN experience required.
• ASN; Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida; BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
• Ability to float to all hospital areas; full contractual commitment for seasonal pool.

Responsabilités

• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed.
• Work three twelve hour shifts per week and every other weekend for 36 hours weekly.
• Seasonal Pool employees are not eligible for PTO, benefits, or bonus programs during the agreement.
