Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an RN for the ICU on a full-time night shift (7 PM–7 AM) with weekend rotation. Open to new graduates with ICU rotations or capstone/preceptorship; 2 years of acute/critical care preferred.

Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for qualified candidates. The unit includes ICU and IMCU beds with advanced monitoring and supportive technology; interdisciplinary rounds with 24/7 ICU NP/PA coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• New graduate candidates with ICU rotations or capstone/preceptorship considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during the first year under supervision.
• Perform patient assessments and contribute to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments and escalate concerns.
• Participate in nurse residency, onboarding, and competency validation.
