The role includes a 12-hour shift schedule with weekend rotation, sign-on bonus up to $20,000, and a range of benefits. The ICU/IMCU unit features advanced monitoring and interdisciplinary rounds to support nursing practice.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license required upon hire; NCLEX-RN completed.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days preferred.
• NIH certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and patient care during the first year of practice under supervision.
• Complete patient assessments and contribute to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments with safety and escalation as needed.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR.
• Participate in nurse residency, onboarding, and competency validation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate with patients and families.
