New graduates with ICU exposure or capstone experience are encouraged to apply. The ICU/IMCU unit is a mixed 15-bed ICU and 5-bed Step Down, equipped with Phillips monitoring and modern technology.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license; NCLEX-RN completed.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days preferred.
• ICU clinical rotations or ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during the first year under supervision.
• Complete patient assessments and document in the EHR.
• Administer medications and treatments; escalate concerns as needed.
• Participate in the nurse residency and onboarding program.
