The nurse provides professional care across ages, based on assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, and collaborates with the team. Requires VA RN license, BLS; $20K sign-on; pay range $33.52–$50.28 per hour; EMR use and education resources included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved program.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed by unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care across all ages.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Document care and medication administration in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Support education for patients and families.
