Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas is seeking a Full-Time Night Shift ICU RN to join our team. The RN will work from 7 PM to 7 AM, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a Magnet-designated, top rural hospital.

Candidates must have a nursing degree, Texas RN licensure with BLS and ACLS within six months, and preferably ICU experience. BSN is preferred and a sign-on bonus is offered for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Texas RN licensure required; BLS; ACLS within six months of employment and renewal within two months of the recommended date of renewal.
• One year experience as an RN on a medical/surgical unit; ICU experience preferred.
• CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients and families in accordance with the Standards of Nursing Practice.
• Assess and reassess patients; develop and implement Plan of Care.
• Coordinate with unit staff to ensure plan of care is carried out through performance and delegation.
