Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas, seeks a Full-Time Night Shift ICU Registered Nurse (7 PM–7 AM) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to Standards of Nursing Practice, coordinating with the care team to meet patients' spiritual, emotional, and physiological needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN license and BLS/ACLS.
• ACLS must be completed within six months of employment and renewed thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per the Standards of Nursing Practice and Peterson Health mission.
• Assess and reassess patients, plan care addressing physical, emotional and psychosocial needs.
• Document care plans and ensure delivery of care through delegation to unit staff.
