Job summary

Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse, Advanced Care for the LMH ICU, working the night shift. You will provide high-acuity nursing care for patients with respiratory and critical needs in a modern facility.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an approved nursing program with a Florida RN license; BLS is required and ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC are preferred for specialty units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Florida RN license (or valid eNLC multi-state license).
• CPR/BLS certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as required for some areas.
• ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with complex assessment and therapies in ICU.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment and interpret cardiac/respiratory data.
• Respond to life-threatening events per nursing standards.
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to the nursing team.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to plan care.
