Job summary

Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital in Seminole County seeks a Registered Nurse, Advanced Care to join the Emergency Services team on the second shift. You will assess and treat patients with breathing disorders, initiate therapies, and document care in a fast-paced setting.

Graduate from an approved nursing program with Florida RN licensure and BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for NICU areas. Strong teamwork and compassionate care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas (NRP for NICU).

Responsibilities

• Assesses, treats, and cares for patients with breathing disorders.
• Initiates and conducts therapeutic procedures; maintains patient records; operates equipment.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team to plan and manage patient care.
• Documents patient care accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Demonstrates compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.
