Job summary

Allina Health in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a part-time ICU RN to provide high-acuity care on the ICU with night shifts. The role requires ICU and telemetry experience, plus hospital experience, with a 0.90 FTE (72 hours per two weeks) and a 36-hour weekly schedule.

The RN will assess patient and family needs, develop and modify plans of care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, quality care. Licensure in MN is required, with ACLS/ALS certifications preferred or in-house training

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing.
• 2 to 5 years RN experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse – MN required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and plans of care.
• Coordinate, delegate and supervise care to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain professional competencies and apply evidence-based practice.
