Abbott Northwestern Hospital, part of Allina Health, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for our 12-bed Neuro Intensive Care Unit. Join a close-knit team delivering advanced care to complex neuro patients with continuous monitoring and collaborative professional growth.

The role requires ICU/critical care experience, new graduate ICU exposure or capstone participation, a 0.9 FTE, and permanent night shifts with every 3rd weekend. RN licensure and ACLS/ALS credentials are needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Vocational degree required; 2–5 years RN experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current ACLS/ALS certification or in-house ACLS training required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish outcomes and plan of care.
• Coordinate, delegate, and collaborate to ensure safe, effective care delivery.

Connaissances

Critical Care RN experience

Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience

ICU Capstone/rotation (new grads)

Formation
