Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct bedside care in the Nursing department under physician supervision. The role emphasizes applying the nursing process, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining compassionate, high-quality patient outcomes.

Required credentials include an Associate Degree in Nursing or nursing diploma, an active Arizona RN license (or compact state) and current BLS.

Formación

• Associate degree in nursing or diploma program required.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS and/or related certifications as required by unit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care based on the nursing process and standards.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and plan care.
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient responses.
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff, and family.
• Lead and participate in patient care quality and satisfaction initiatives.

Educación

Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma

Arizona RN license or compact state license

BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
