Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or graduate of a nursing diploma program.
• Current Arizona RN license or compact-state RN license.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire (unit-specific).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidenced-based nursing care to prevent Healthcare Acquired Conditions and readmissions.
• Perform nursing assessments and develop plans of care.
• Coordinate patient care with the health team and ensure safety.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise plans as needed.
