Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Nursing team and report to the Unit Director. You will provide patient care in alignment with nursing standards and the Arizona Nurse Practice Act, while using the nursing process to assess needs and implement interventions.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing or a nursing diploma, an active Arizona RN license or compact state license, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or graduate of a Nursing Diploma program.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under physician guidance and in accordance with the Arizona Nurse Practice Act.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop plans of care.
• Coordinate patient care with the health care team and support staff.
• Evaluate patient progress and document outcomes; participate in orientation of new staff.
