Job summary

Azkrmc is seeking a Registered Nurse in Kingman, AZ to deliver high-quality patient care in a Safety-Sensitive role. The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate nursing processes across units, ensuring adherence to standards and patient safety.

Qualifications include ADN or Diploma, Arizona RN license, and BLS; ICU/ED/Pediatrics teams require ACLS/PALS. A strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and evidence-based practice per unit needs.

Qualifications

Education: ADN or Diploma in Nursing.
Active Arizona RN license or compact license.
BLS certification.
EKG competency within 3 months (Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, etc).
PALS within 6 months (Pediatrics).
ACLS and PALS within 3 months (ED, CVICU).
NRP within 6 months (Women’s Services).
ECHO related trainings and certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based nursing care to prevent Healthcare Associated Conditions and readmissions.
Perform nursing assessments and collect patient data per policies.
Develop and implement care plans with patient and family.
Coordinate nursing care and ensure patient safety and quality.
Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Lead nursing personnel and coordinate patient care quality and satisfaction.
