Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, standards-driven nursing care in a fast-paced environment. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes while coordinating with the healthcare team.

The position requires an active AZ RN license or compact state license, BLS at minimum, and additional certifications (PALS/ACLS, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E.) as per unit. Experience with EKGs is expected.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• PALS and ACLS certifications may be required depending on unit.
• NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. training may be required within specified timelines.
• Basic EKG competency within defined hire timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following nursing standards and regulations.
• Conduct patient health assessments and collect data.
• Develop and implement the plan of care and evaluate outcomes.
• Coordinate nursing personnel and patient care quality.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control practices.
• Assist with orientation of new staff as requested.
