Job summary

Kingman Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Nursing department. The RN will provide patient care under the physician and nursing standards, performing assessments and implementing plans of care.

The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based nursing, collaboration with the care team, and ongoing evaluation of patient progress. Qualified candidates will hold an Arizona RN license, BLS, and complete required certifications per unit needs.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of a Nursing Diploma program.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire.
• PALS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS certification as applicable to unit assignments in the hospital.
• NRP/Fetal monitoring certifications may be required for Women’s Services with 6–12 month timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the physician's direction and nursing standards.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop plans of care.
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient responses.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure quality care and patient safety.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and participate in unit quality initiatives.
