Job summary

Kingman Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nursing team. You will provide evidence-based patient care under physician direction and in accordance with Arizona Nurse Practice Act, carrying out assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or diploma program completed.
• Current Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care under physician direction and in accordance with the Arizona Nurse Practice Act.
• Perform nursing assessments according to unit policies and standards; collect data and document findings.
• Develop and implement the plan of care in collaboration with patients and families.
• Coordinate nursing personnel and ensure quality of care and patient satisfaction.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise diagnoses/care plans as needed.
• Assist with orientation of new staff to the unit as requested.

Education
